Testimonials
I love my community, it's close to everything I need and more. Grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and the hospital district for emergencies.
Angelia
It's been almost a year since I moved into my new apartment (I have rented 2 apartments previously since 2016) and I still love it. Sallie has been so helpful always and my experience with maintenance has always been good, though I haven't really needed them lately. This apartment was totally upgraded when I moved in. I like living here so much I just signed another lease for 15 months. Thank you, Wilshire Park.
Karen
I enjoy the communication and staying up to date on any changes happening in the community. It's also very easy to get in contact with the office.

Wilshire Park is a quiet and peaceful complex with a great location. Close to the Houston Medical Center and 610 highway. It's perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing place.
Orlando
I've been here for a little under a year but I have to say nothing could have prepared me for how much I would love this place. Maintenance is one of a kind, Mrs. Sallie is amazing and the entirety of my stay here has been 10/10.

Wilshire Park Apartments has provided us with a great experience. The leasing staff and maintenance crew have been incredibly responsible and caring, addressing every request promptly and professionally. Sallie has always been kind and helpful, while Jesse and the maintenance team have been empathetic, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. They consistently go above and beyond to enhance our experience. Unlike other places in Houston, our interactions with the neighbors have been positive. The complex is quiet at night, even around the pool area, and we generally feel safe here. Also, we've had no issues with bed bugs or roaches, and we love having an in-unit washing machine and dryer. The complex is clean, with no trash lying around or stray animals. Lastly, the cost of rent is reasonable.

I love it here, I've been here for 5 years and there is no other residence I see myself residing. It is an awesome community that has always been a safe and loving environment.
